Busy Horse Girl Meal Service Options

Less prepping = more barn time!
.
I’ve used a meal prep service off and on for years now.
It’s helped me through some of my busiest times while keeping me fed and on track.
.
Of course using a meal prep service costs more than doing it yourself.  But you certainly get back what you pay for by saving time.
.
Sometimes I use it just to help myself get back on track or when I’m so busy I can barely think  (back when I ran a trailering company, bartender at a club and managed a barn).
.
Fully Prepared Meals $$$$
- Most likely the most expensive of the options.
- The most time saving option (what you pay in money you definitely get back in time & convenience).
- Best to find a company that has whole foods, macro friendly and has recipes that you enjoy.
.
Meal Kits $$$
- Typically less pricey than fully prepared meals.
- Reduce decision fatigue and cuts down on shopping.
- I encourage you to get a larger size than what you need so you have leftovers.
-Still need to do the cooking though!
.
Grocery Delivery $$-$
- Reduces the workload by bringing the groceries to you.
- Definitley helps with meal planning and only buying what you need. No impluse buying at the store!
-Gives you more time to cook your meals (sometimes we feel like we only have time for groceries or cooking , not both!)
.
Every country and state will have different options and availability so it’s best to google to see what’s available to you.
.
If you’re in Ontario, Canada here are some options for you!
(I’m not affiliated with any of these companies)
