Wellness With Whit was created from my love for health, fitness and horses.
Over the years I combined these passions to pursue certifications in wellness coaching which I do with pride. It’s not just what I do, it’s who I am.
 
Sometimes the only thing standing between you and a healthier lifestyle is the need for more awareness, a sustainable plan, and the right support.
 
My coaching starts with an assessment of your strengths and challenges. This helps me to connect to your health and fitness values, so that we can establish patterns and mindfulness techniques that will be sustainable for both your mental and physical health and well being.
