Featuring an in gym option, Dumbbell only and Bodyweight you have unlimited options with the resources you have.

The No Stirrup November Program contains 2 leg focused days a week in two phases. Phase 1 is 4 weeks and Phase 2 is 4 weeks. 

While core is important for stability in the saddle, our seat is nothing without a strong lower body with an emphasis on our Posterior Chain.
